You can display the 'Device Manager' to see all of the system drivers.Thanks everyone for your reply's I am just going to get a new printer /scanner I have had more problems wit this one
If you want to change them, you have to start Device Manager using 'Run as Administrator', by right clicking on the icon/tile.
In device manager, right click that device
Choose properties
In the resulting dialog, select the Details Tab
Change Property to Hardware ID
Right click the top item in the list and choose copy
It will look something like this:
HIDVID_046D&PID_C52B&REV_1203&MI_01&Col03
Open your Search Engine and paste that
You will then be able to figure out what the exact device is
Go to the manufacturers website and download the correct driver
